Nemo is a brand new (built year 2004) unique custom-built twin
engined catamaran. Thanks to its wide body configuration this
six cabin user-friendly yacht offers a tremendous amount of
room, especially on the upper deck and in the social areas.
Accommodation is in six identical cabins with separate bunk
beds, each with ensuite facilities.
From alfresco dining on the covered, open-air aft deck to the
more formal setting of the dining salon. The spacious upper
deck serves as a private sundeck or an idyllic setting for sunset
cocktails.
It is an ideal vessel to explore hundreds of small islands along
the Croatian coast. |

Trabakula
(a traditional Adriatic coaster) Branimir is one of the very
few survivors from a bygone era. For centuries the trabakula
was much more than the backbone of the local economy. Whether
it was casks of wine, slabs of stone to build a local church
or pilgrims – whatever was to be carried from one place
to another in this part of the Mediterannean the sturdy versatile
trabakula did the job.
Branimir was built in 1904 and after decades of continuous service
was to be left to its fate had it not been for the family Ukalović
who decided to restore it as faithfully as possible. It took
them six years (split between working in the boatyard and looking
for original blueprints and photos) to restore Branimir to its
original shape. Purists and marine historians may frown upon
piece of maritime history being fitted with modern creature
comforts but the truth is that there is no such thing as authentic
trabakula interior. Apart from the crew quarters the rest of
the trabakula interior was a big cargo hold. This is exactly
where the four cabins with ensuite facilities in Branimir are.
A cruise aboard Branimir is therefore a unique experience. A
dreamlike voyage to another time rather than just another sailing
holiday.
